Spacious double room to let in a lovely, comfortable shared house in Brislington. Room comes furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen and good sized shared bathroom. Nice garden (with a bbq for the summer!).

This terraced house is a 15 minute bus ride from Temple Meads, or a 20 minute cycle into the center. There is plenty of street parking if you drive.

Bills are *not* included with the rent price but tend to cost about £100 per month.

You will be sharing with three young professionals (23-26) who all enjoy cooking together and spending time together in the evenings/at the weekends. If you like doing a parkrun every now and again even better!

Looking for another professional within the same age range and who would like to get to become friends with the others in the house rather than just a housemate.
