Hello - My son is wanting to sublet his room in the Paintworks development near Bristol city centre.

It’s a ground floor, fully furnished 2 bedroomed flat with floor to ceiling double glazed windows, overlooking the river & a park. The double room comes with an en-suite shower room & has bedside tables, spacious drawers, mirrored double wardrobe & a desk unit & stool so you can work.

You would be co-habiting with one other person:

There is a shared bright, sunny, open plan kitchen, sitting room area. It has a dish washer, full kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven. A separate room houses the washing machine.

It’s on the very regular Bath Road bus route to Bristol City Centre & close to Temple Meads Railway Station.

Paintworks, which was the site of the old paint factory, has mixed accommodation, work space & housing together with restaurant, coffee shops and event space.
There are supermarkets, cinema & stores within walking distance together with green parks to get out into the fresh air.
