Sadly, my current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new housemate to join my lovely flat. I’m flexible on move-in dates, ideally from 1st March but mid-March could also work.

A bit about me : I’m friendly, sociable and active. I love my fitness and working towards goals such as Hyrox and running. I have a passion for cooking and love experimenting throughout the week and cooking different meals. Would love to meet someone on a similar wavelength who’s up for a chat over dinner and a glass of wine now and then, but also still respecting eachother’s space and making the flat feel like home 🏠 ❤️

I’ve made some great friends through house shares before, so it would be lovely to live with someone friendly and easygoing 😊

The flat is a new-build, top-floor 2 bedroom apartment in Hengrove, ideally located with easy access to Bedminster, Temple Meads and the city centre. It’s not roadside, so it’s very quiet, with gorgeous sunsets in the summer.

The room:
– Furnished double bedroom
– Mirrored wardrobe
– White chest of drawers
– Double bed with lots of under-bed storage (excluding mattress or my current housemate is selling her Emma Mattress) 
– Own bathroom with shower & bathtub (as I have the ensuite bedroom)

The kitchen and living area is open-plan and leads out to a balcony.

Transport & location:
Depending on time & day, can easily access Temple Meads, City Centre, Bedminster and Clifton between 10-25mins by car.
Excellent bus links - 5min walk to closest bus stop
