Double bedroom with green views

Looking for a flatmate for my cozy 2-bed flat! £475 plus bills so £625 all in. It's a newly done up, quirky flat with lots of space for cooking, chilling and entertaining. Private car park, bus routes to town and some lush green right on the door step (nightingale valley, st Annes woods, st Annes sauna a 15 min stroll away!). I've always lived with house mates, I'm relaxed and friendly, up for a chat, chill or adventure when the mood strikes! Looking for someone to share the space and a bit of life with and not just rent the room. The room is small but there's storage under the bed and space in the attic if you need it. I like the outdoors, travelling, games, crafts and cooking (mostly veggie but can't resist chorizo!). Space wouldn't work for couples sorry, my building won't let me have animals, and looking for someone who on a vaguely a 9-5 schedule to be in a similar rhythm.
