There is a fully equipped kitchen and good sized shared bathroom. As well as a separate living room. Nice garden with washing line, table and chairs, and a bbq for the summer.

This terraced house is a 15 minute bus ride from Temple Meads, or a 20 minute cycle into the centre. There is plenty of street parking if you drive.

Bills are *not* included with the rent price but tend to cost about £110 per month.

You will be sharing with three young professionals (23-25) who all enjoy cooking and often spend time together in the evenings/at the weekends. Our ideal housemate is someone who is looking for sociable household rather than just renting a room.
