Double Room Available – Brislington

A double room is available in a house in Brislington, located at the top of Broomhill Road. My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room.

The area is safe, very walkable, and has lots of families nearby.

* Approx. £175 bills (gas, electric, internet, council tax)
* Water bill is separate, comes every 6 months and is usually around £100 each (varies slightly)

Bills and council tax are organised together and split evenly.

The landlord, Paul, is good and usually deals with any issues within the week.

The room comes unfurnished, although I’ve furnished the rest of the house. Let me know if there’s anything you’d want to bring. My current flatmate is also selling his bed for £100 if you’re interested.

**About Me**
I’m 26 and work as an engineer. I’m easy-going and like a clean, tidy house (one proper clean a week works for me — not obsessive). I play piano and guitar, but I’m happy to use headphones if that’s ever an issue.
