House share in Brislington

Hi!

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful, and professional person to share my home in Brislington.

It’s a beautiful house on a quiet road that I take pride in keeping well presented. You’ll have full access to appliances including a fully fitted kitchen with air fryer and washing machine, a large TV, a rear garden and a garage for storage (within reason). There’s off street parking, a downstairs toilet and full use of the upstairs bathroom as I have an en suite. The bedroom comes with a double bed and chest of drawers but you’re welcome to use your own furniture in the bedroom if you prefer.

A bit about me:
I’ve lived in Bristol most of my adult life, I love music and enjoy festivals and gigs. I work for an events company so I’m out most of the time but I do enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings watching films.

I’m hoping to find someone with similar interests and a friendly, easy-going attitude. I like a relaxed home, am welcoming and always up for a laugh.

Please be aware this is a rented property, I have full agreement from my landlord but it would require you to go on the tenancy agreement and everything processed legitimately, although I feel this would protect us both.
