Two rooms available in a well-kept, relaxed home in Brislington — this is my home rather than a standard rental, so it’s furnished to a genuinely good standard with a comfortable, homely feel throughout.

The Rooms

🛏 Room 1 — Large Double | £825/month
Spacious double bedroom with good natural light, plenty of storage, and fully furnished.

🛏 Room 2 — Large Double with Ensuite | £1,000/month
A larger double room with your own private ensuite — ideal if you want a bit more space and privacy.

Both rooms include fast WiFi, council tax (Band B), and all bills in the monthly rent.

The House
Comfortable high end new build with underfloor heating shared living areas with a large TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and a garden perfect for summer BBQs. There’s also a big fish tank that adds a calm, homely touch. One gated parking spot and on-street parking in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

The Household
I’m a relaxed, live-in landlord — active, easy-going, and someone who thinks where you live should genuinely feel like home. Everyone here gets on well and looks after the shared spaces without it being a big deal. There’s also a very friendly cat in the house — brilliant if you like animals, but probably not the right fit if you have allergies.

• Plenty of bus routes nearby
• Sainsbury’s a 2-minute walk away
• Easy access to Bath Road and Temple Meads
• Close to gyms, cafes and local amenities

Availability & Terms

• Moving in: June
• Minimum stay: 3 months, then rolling monthly (2 months’ notice to leave)
• Looking for: young professional or mature student — clean, reliable, and easy to live with

As long as you pay rent on time, keep shared spaces tidy, and treat people well — we’ll get on absolutely fine.
