We are looking for somebody to replace our outgoing housemate and take the double room at the rear of the house, sharing with myself and one other. Ideal start date is late August but can be flexible.

The room features a double bed, desk and storage with ample additional storage available throughout the house. The kitchen and living area are similarly spacious and the house also comes with a nice garden and outbuilding, which contains indoor bike storage, sofas and a home gym.

Conveniently located 5 min walk from Sandy Park shops with access to Bath Road buses to city centre (15 mins) and major cycle routes.

Council tax, water, broadband and a TV licence are all included in the rent. Gas and electricity are the only things NOT included (£40-£50 pcm).

We are a relaxed, outdoorsy house, into trail running, cycling climbing and general adventures and would love to find like-minded people. If that's not your thing then we'd still love to hear from you (our previous housemate was not into those activities but still a great fit!).
