It is about a 20 minute walk or 13 minute bus ride to Bristol Temple Meads station.
It about 2 minute walk to Wick Crescent to catch the bus to Cabot Circus. It is about an 18 minute from the house walk to Avonmeads Retail park where there is a large cinema complex with restaurants, shops and gym.

The Property

The property is a large Victorian 6 bedroom 6 bathroom house with an outside patio garden with chairs and a table. Suitable for bike storage.

The house has been fully refurbished to a high spec with 6 new bathrooms and a new kitchen installed, fully repainted and re-carpeted.

There is a good-sized kitchen / dining area with additional seating. There is NO additional lounge.
