** THE ROOM **

Designed for professional sharers, the house is both high tech and high spec, with beautifully presented rooms. 5 bedrooms, a communal kitchen diner, a nice garden, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet room downstairs. Underfloor heating throughout the house, and a utility room downstairs. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure that co-living is an enjoyable experience for all the housemates. The kitchen is great for fun evenings in and has everything you could need: a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, two fridge freezers, ample storage for all the housemates (2 cupboards each), and remote controlled mood lighting. The garden is perfect for BBQs in summer, and we’ve installed a gate at the back of the garden to provide easier access to the bike storage.
Connected to the kitchen is seating and a 55" Smart HD TV, for which the TV licence is included. There’s plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work, and film nights are always on the menu!
