Hi,

I have one double room available atm captioned room 2 in the images. The room is on the ground floor facing the back garden. The current household is one male one female we are both vegetarian so an ideal housemate would be a professional vegetarian over 25. The max household is 3. The room is offered on a month to month basis so no long contract.
There is an enclosed south facing garden, kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, induction hob and microwave, a utility room with washing machine and a living room. Fibre broadband is included. There is also an outdoor ping pong table.
Location - it's a quiet street, very close to Arnos Vale/ cemetery/ woodland, there are shops, a very nice local pub, and the Jubilee swimming pool all within 5 minutes' walk. There is street parking with no restrictions. Short bus ride into town/ Temple Meads.
Happy to do short/medium term lets on a month-to-month basis
