Light, airy room close to city centre

The room: Light, quiet and tastefully decorated room , a 35 min walk from the city centre with good transport links to the centre and surrounding areas. You have full access to the kitchen/diner, garden, and first floor bathroom (shared with myself). There is also a utility area with a washing machine and drying space.

Me: I am friendly and sociable and like a good chat (about anything!) but I also like my own space. I appreciate the simple things in life and and like to be environmentally aware with things like recycling and switching off lights etc

You: Ideally I am looking for someone who works/studies away from the house - although wfh on an occasional basis would be fine. It is a very quiet household and would suit someone who likes a calm environment. It is my home so I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and would look after the room and share responsibility for the communal spaces.
Location: The house is located on a quiet street with free on street parking and has great transport links to Bristol and the surrounding area via bus and train. The city centre is a 30-40 minute walk away. The property is also close to many local shops, cafes and amenities.
