Sharing with 1 lovely Canadian single professional male ( early thirties) who has lodged at our house before. So a double room remaining suitable for a couple (£280 p w ) or single person. ( £220 p w )
Lovely 3 bed family home in best part of Bristol! You can walk to most places including city centre and Clifton Downs. Cycle to Filton, Abbey Wood etc if you want. Great bus connections on Gloucester Road to Parkway and Temple Mead stations. Walk to brand new Lidl and Aldi or smaller supermarkets on Gloucester Road. Local independent Greengrocers, coffee shops and great shopping on Gloucester Road.
Spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area looks out through glass wall to large stunning peaceful garden. Separate tv room. Modern bathroom with toilet and separate downstairs toilet. Internet and WIFI in all rooms.

We use the Spare Room lodgers contract which we sign and lodger signs. It works very smoothly.
