Available to rent is a double bedroom with riverside views at my apartment in central Bristol. Situated right on the river and a stones throw away from Temple meeds station and surrounded by artisan shops, cafe’s & restaurants.
You will be living with a young female professional who keeps the place in immaculate condition and would like the next tenant to do the same. Someone who enjoys taking pride in where they live is essential.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open kitchen living space.
It’s important to my existing tenant to have a good relationship with the next, someone who enjoys socialising but also respects hers and their space and also enjoys some down time.
