Spacious room in St George

Large double room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, curtains, side table, desk and shoe rack. Please note some of the furniture in the photo is our current housemate’s items.
We live on a very friendly road within walking distance of St. George’s park, Co-op, Loaf and Rubino Lounge. There is a bus stop at the end of our road that takes you straight into the city.
There is one bathroom in our house with a large shower and free standing bath (please note we have painted our bathroom and it is now purple).
Downstairs there is a medium sized kitchen, shared dining and living area.
We are a couple and both working professionals who enjoy sports, exploring and socialising. We are looking for a professional or post-grad student.
We would like someone to join us 15th November but we are flexible with when you would like to move in. We ask for rent to be paid on the first of the month, so if you join mid-month, this will be subsidised.
We will charge £625pm and we ask you to pay a third of our energy bill per month (all other bills included in the rent)..
