Hey. I have large house to share with 1 more person . I'm a professional man living on my own . The house has a garden, drive way, large living room, kitchen , dining area , bathroom . It is a very quiet and cosy house in a very good location. This is not party house! Professional /student male preferred (female will be also considered )who appreciates a homely atmosphere.
Bills are included in the price. House is:
gas free (fully electric),
kitchen is fitted with a cooker, fridge/ freezer .Bedroom comes with a bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.
Property comes with a TV, internet, Netflix, parking on side ,shops close by and amazing nature walks within 2 minutes walk from the property. Great transport link to the city centre and buss stop is right in front of the house .

I travel a lot so you will be staying in the house alone on many occasions .
