Short-term 1-3rooms available in BS15, Bristol

Moving or already moved to Bristol? Do you (or you and 1 or 2 friends) need a short-term room/s to lodge in whilst you find a place of your own? If yes then this is the place for you.

I (live-in-landlord) have 2 or 3 double bedrooms to rent out (depending on requirements) on a one-off short-term temporary basis. I will be very busy with work over the next couple of months so will be out of the house most of the time. You'll have driveway parking available. Perfect for someone who needs somewhere to 'lodge' on a short-term basis.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. If needed, I can provide a desk. Bills are £35 per week per person on top of the rent, including internet.

The house is 4 miles from the city centre, with buses leaving every hour from outside the house. Alternatively, there is a bus every 20 minutes just a 15 minute walk away. Great for work or UoB. Bus services are also available for UWE (about a 15 minute walk away). Walking distance (15mins) is Hanham high street for local shops etc. There is also a bus service to Bath (15 minute walk away).
