I am renting a room in my property.

I own the property with my husband who works away in the week. We are looking for a weekday only rental.

We also have a labsky ( Labrador husky), she is very loving and well behaved. We would be happy to welcome someone with a pet.

We are looking for someone who is kind , considerate, trustworthy and will treat the house with respect.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard. It’s a new build.

The room is a double bed room, open wardrobe and chest of drawers with lots of under bed storage.

There is an office space, perfect for working from home. I work Monday - Thursday out of the house. So the office space could be yours.

1 main bathroom with Shower/ Bath and also a downstairs loo.
Large open plan living room, with a storage cupboard.

We have solar panels, which reduces the electricity bills and an electric car charging point.
