Double Room in St Werburgh's

Professional guy who is looking to rent a large double room in the heart of St Werburgh's.

House brimming with character and room recently decorated and is a blank canvas for whatever pictures to be put up. Bed and high quality mattress included in addition to a chest of drawers and a clothes / shoes rail.

Living room and hall also recently decorated so very cosy. Room to rent has a tv on the wall with a Chromecast so very useable for netflix, YouTube etc.

Just myself in the house and the one bathroom on the first floor is shared, I have boarded up the attic so plenty of space for storage if you have a lot of things.

Kitchen / Dining room is large and well equipped, with a brand new steam oven with an induction hob and a massive fridge. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and numerous other kitchen appliances as well as plates and cutlery are to be shared.

Living room is big with another sofa and tv. Some new furniture soon to be added in near future also.

Garden is south facing and in summer is a serious sun trap, was decked last summer and has outdoor furniture and BBQ.

250gb wifi and all bills included.

House is a minutes walk from Mina Road Park so near to shops, restaurants, some really great pubs and only a 20 min walk to town or the Gloucester road. Parking is on street but if you work in town then walking or bike will be more than enough, a few scooter parking points near also.

Nearby pubs include the farm and duke of York which are both amazing. Chaya veggies is a minute away, pretty dangerous when you've had the fresh almond croissants.

Its not a new build house but it has plenty of charm and the location is amazing, one of the best areas in Bristol! That's a completely unbiased opinion obviously.

I'm an easy going guy and looking for a similar professional with as little drama as possible. I work in aviation and am away now and again with work, thus giving you time with the place to yourself. With this in mind I'm not after WFH as when I'm not at work would prefer the house to myself.

A local cat swings by the house often so if you have furry friends then unfortunately it's not possible.

I'm sociable, enjoy music, gigs, going out and climbing. If you like the latter then I'm within minutes walk of two climbing gyms and not far away from two others.
