Spare room in really sweet 2 bed house BS5 9AG

A really nice room in a 2 bed house. It's a nice sized house, with two bathrooms a lovely lounge and big kitchen. The room is decently sized with space for a double or a single bed. Its a five minute walk from a nice highstreet with a lot of shops, a 15 minute bus ride into the center and its right next to a bike path. The road is pretty quiet and everyone is very friendly, we have a really friendly managing agent who is incredibly helpful with anything that can come up. There's a lot of space in the house for storage and also space to fill (its still feeling a little bit bare). I'm studying music production and working as a concert photographer, but still quite quiet and enjoy a night in with good food :) I'm looking for some one who will hang out around the house, pretty clean and friendly!
