Hello, we are looking for a professional housemate Over 30 years old to join our house share!

I am afraid it is not possible to work from home, unless it is the odd day-this is our way of keeping gas cost low so we work from a place of work.

We have a double bedroom becoming available in a shared house in Redfield, £640 per month including council tax, water and WIFI. Electricity and gas are extra and is divided among us. (over the year comes to £35 a month),
There is a 6-month minimum contract (Ideally we look for longer term) and a deposit of £640, the deposit is secured with DPS.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, desk and a shelf unit.

We are 3 working professionals, ages 33-48, Jess working in the helping profession and has interest in complementary therapies, Faz working for educational recruitment and hot on the gym and Natali working in mental health and into traveling and cultures. We are busy in our lives but are friendly and have chats when we met, usually in the kitchen!

What is important for us is: someone who is friendly, kind, is respectful and aware of others living in the house. You need to absolutely like a clean and tidy house and be happy to clean after yourself on a consistent basis! We take turns to clean the house and have a cleaning rota.

We have independent lives but enjoy socialising when we meet. We value communication and we are respectful and considerate of each other.

The living room space is open to fit a yoga mat anytime!

We are a mature household, most definitely not a party house and like to have quiet evenings on the weeknights.

The house is a Victorian Terrace. It is cosy, clean and decorated in an arty and colourful way. There are some beautiful period features such as the ceiling in the living room. Downstairs is mainly bare wooden floorboards.

There is a south-facing garden which has plenty of nice greenery and trees. It features a patio. The garden is a lovely space where you can have breakfast, just to read a book and have a nice chilled time.

The house is strictly non-smoking.
