The room is a double 10x12.5 feet approx with shower and toilet en suite in separate room along the corridor (also yours) which has space for some coat hangers, there’s also a built in wardrobe. Plenty of light and air from multiple windows. Shared living room and kitchen that is spacious and opens into small wooden patio garden area and then bike and bin storage. Parking on roads outside. The room will be unfurnished although there are some basics it could have.

Rent is £575. Bills and council tax on top so total is rounded down to £700 with bills added on.

Location is a quiet cul-de-sac off Avonvale road just off Church Road. St George’s Park and Netham parks with 5 min walks. Riverside and Cotham swim spot is 10 -30 min walk away. Buses on church road nearby. Temple mead station is 2 miles (10 min cycle or bus) away. Restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets (aldi, lidl and tesco) all on church road as well as bakers, butchers and eco alternatives.

Looking for someone easy going (obviously) who wants to make this their home whilst they’re here. I work from home mostly but sometimes go elsewhere and this may be anything from a day to whole weeks. I also often look after people’s dogs for extra income (rarely if ever more than one at a time) and I check they’re ok first! This means I sometimes do housesits away from the flat for weekends or weeks. Happy to negotiate somewhat if this is problematic but someone who understands this would be great. Occasional socials, meals/boardgames/movies/music etc at the flat but not as often these days as more of a sanctuary.
