Double room in excellent relaxed house

The house is in St. George, very close to the park and high street. The room is £650 (with all bills - council tax, broadband, heating, water, netflix, etc, etc). It's a very bright double room, furnished with a double bed and good quality mattress, carpet, wardrobe, drawers and a large bookshelf. It has a brand new radiator for the winter! and it overlooks the garden. There is also plenty of room to put a desk in there if you want.

The house is very homely, chilled, clean and tidy. And we're relatively quiet people! It has a large lounge and separate 'dining' room, bathroom with shower, large kitchen, beautiful large garden and bike storage. Plus excellent broadband, and netflix.

There is free parking on the street, and space for a bike in the bike shelter. The road has just undergone a transformation to reduce the amount of cars being allowed to drive through. This is good news!!

It's located just off Church Rd in St. George (BS5), so there are quick and frequent buses into town, stopping at Old Market and Cabot Circus.

It is a 2 min walk to St George park; 4 min walk to the bus stop on Church Road; 5 mins walk to Troopers Hill; 5 min walk to Church Rd high street. And a short footpath to the river!!

We keep the house tidy, clean and relaxed. We like to have an open communication and we are sociable, have the odd meal together and pub outing, stuff like that.
It would best suit someone not work from home, who is mature and likes to keep the place homely, clean and tidy.
Open to pets but not to couples.
We would want to sign a 5 month contract and then take it from there.
