The room is a very large double bedroom, with an en-suite. It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

There are currently 2 males and 1 female living here. One of the guys is leaving on the 12th December. Therefore we are looking for someone to move in on the 13th December 2024. Ideally a young profesional.

Rent is £690 per month. The deposit is £690..
Wifi is included.
Council tax band C.
Bills are approximately £60 per month.

The house is a 3 bed, 3 storey town house and is situated in Filwood Park estate, close to the centre of Bristol with all shops, restaurants and bars very close! It’s situated in a newly finished build estate with lots more housing being built in the area. Numerous supermarkets are close by with Imperial Park shopping and Hengrove cinema complex being just a short walk away.

There is a big sunny garden and there’s a driveway and lots of road space just outside the front. The bus stops are a 2 min walk away.

You must be clean, tidy and looking to treat this place as a home.

The house is fully furnished but with space for you to add your own decorations, extras, TV etc.

We are aged 23 and 25 and are young professionals. We are both very sociable, enjoy going out and up for a laugh. We enjoy watching TV/ Films, playing sports and board games.
