3 minute walk to the nature reserve behind the back garden, surrounded by allotments - so you feel like your in a green oasis in the middle of the city. (10 mins cycle to city centre).

The Flat is self-contained and the downstairs of a 3 story house. Upstairs is inhabited by myself and another lodger.
