Double room in shared flat with live-in Landlady

Hi!

I am looking for a housemate for the spare room in my cosy 2 bedroom flat.

I am a social person, so this would be a great space for someone that is happy chatting, watching TV (I LOVE a bingeable series!) and maybe grabbing a drink here or there together. I am also very happy to have my own space and really like a chilled home.

I will update the ad with photos of the lounge etc as I have mostly furnished this now (just waiting for the new sofa to be delivered!).

My partner and his dog visit often, sometimes for up to 2 weeks (as they live in Stoke, so this is easier for us) and once a month I visit him for a long weekend, so I won't be around then. Just to note, my partner's dog (as per my photo) is a massive softy and will try to follow you around, so it is super important that anyone I live with likes dogs.

I work from home and am often in meetings so ideally a new flatmate would work in an office or away from home Mon-Fri.

St George's Park is only a 10 minute walk away and there is a Tesco Extra directly over the road.
