Description
Back on the market due to a mix-up with the flat being sold and rent changing! All good, rent isn't changing yet.
Decent-sized unfurnished double room in Hotwells. Walking distance to Millennium Square as well as Clifton (if you're willing to walk up that ridiculous hill).
The photos are a little old - the room with the blue paint patches on the wall is mine and is now completely blue. Your room (I'll upload a photo soon) is almost exactly the same size. There's an extra little bit behind the camera that fits a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You're welcome to repaint the room as it's a light baby pink atm - as long as you notify the building manager and paint it well, it's all good.
The flat is more of a sanctuary than a party pad, but of course having friends/partners stay over is completely fine. Neighbours are lovely, and the landlady/building manager are a dream team.
Bills come to around £180 a month - that includes council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, and TV license.
As for me, I'm a Project Manager working 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. I usually spend evenings unwinding, watching TV, gaming or heading to the gym, or meeting up with friends. Always up for a good chat though.
I don't really do cleaning rotas as I'm not really super duper neat - it's a home not a showroom after all! If we just pick up after ourselves and team up for the cleaning/bins then we're all good.
Drop me a message and let me know a bit about yourself - we can then arrange a viewing to see if we'd be a good fit :)
