Large Bedroom in a Brand New Development located in-between Stapleton and Fishponds, next to UWE Glenside. This is the 2nd bedroom in the apartment and the largest of the 2. There is a double bed, desk and chair, 2 leather chairs, clothing rail and chest of drawers. 42” HD Tv included. The room is carpeted and has a central heating radiator in it. It has a ceiling high window with Venetian blinds that overlook the rear carpark, which is the opposite side to the main road, so is always very quiet, you can sleep with the window open and not hear the road at all. All rooms in the apartment boast extra high ceilings, making the rooms feel airy and open.

You will have access to the master bathroom, which isn’t used by us very often as we have an en-suite. It features a bath/shower with heated towel rail.

You will have access to the living room where we have a 65” 4K UHD TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc, and 2 sofas. We have ultra fast fibre internet and a smart home security system, including a finger print entry system, so no need to worry about keys etc.

The kitchen boasts all new appliances like a smart oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine. We have a large fridge/freezer and a dedicated drinks fridge. We invite you to use all integrated white goods as you please. There is a kitchen island with bar stools and a large dining table that seats 6.

The apartment block is a friendly neighbourhood with most people knowing each other and we often walk into Fishponds as a group for drinks and food.

Parking isn’t guaranteed in the carpark, there is curb side parking that you can sometimes find a spot but we suggest parking on the road that’s a 30 second walk away.

A 2 minute walk to Oldbury Court which is lovely in the summer.
