Double room in St George terrace

Hello I've updated this ad to make things clearer... I am a live in landlord, so I will be living in the house, which I know is not ideal for some folk. Because of this - if you are messaging about the room please either fill out your profile so I know a bit about you, or include this info in your message. If the advert is still live, then the room is still available. Any viewings will be after the 28th July as the availability of the room has changed.

My current lodger has found her dream shared house so I'm looking for a lodger (short/medium term) for a double room in a St George terrace. Would suit someone waiting for a more permanent let, looking to get to know Bristol, or working on a contract away from home.

The room itself is bright and clean, and part furnished with double bed and wardrobe (see photos). There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, with some DIY / decorating going on in the house. Out the back is a large sunny garden.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the park, a 10 minute walk to Church Road, and 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Bristol centre.

You'd be sharing with a live in landlord - working from home, so would suit someone who does not need to work from home due to space. Cyclists welcomed, but no space to store bicycle in house / secure bike storage at the moment.

I like a quiet home life and trying things out in the garden (mainly planting hedges), there may be small children visiting at times, as well as a bit of DIY going on. If you like noise, partying and mess, mebbe not the house for you.
