Furnished Room available in Hotwells House Share

Hello! We’re looking for the newest member of our house-family 🧡 We have a fully furnished room available in the Hotwells area. Perfect for someone wanting a cosy home with easy access to Bristol's city centre. We’re on the hunt for someone who’s A) clean and tidy, B) sociable and fun, and C) not a knobhead 😊

The room/house:
The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. The room is available immediately. There’s a shared living room (complete with blankets and plants), large kitchen and two bathrooms, plus a spare room for drying clothes / storage. The rent includes council tax and TV license.

About us:
We are Mitch (m/29), Lau (f/33), and John (m/25) - We are all professionals working in government, marketing/filmmaking, and hospitality.
•⁠ ⁠Mitch enjoys seeing how fast he can sprint the harbour loop, pubs with friends, and is constantly on the lookout for cheap flights.
•⁠ ⁠Lau enjoys everything outdoors like hiking (with a pub stop), surfing, climbing and camping. You’ve been warned… she will probably try and rope you into these too.
•⁠ ⁠John (the cool one) enjoys traveling and has an awesome eye for design. He likes exploring the Bristol music scene, plays many instruments and knows good cinema.

The atmosphere:
We have put the effort in to make a really relaxed, family atmosphere in the house. We usually have a family roast on Sundays (not mandatory) and spend a few evenings together cooking, snuggled on the sofa watching TV, playing shithead, or wandering to one of the many pubs around us. We all get on really well and are looking for someone to be a part of our little family.
