Lovely Double Room in Clifton / Redland

One of our current housemates is very sadly moving out soon and we're looking for another lady to replace her until the end of our contract in mid December (with the option to extend beyond this). The room will be available from 20th May and will need to be filled by 14th June.

The room

It is a double room with lots of light and a lovely window bench. The room comes unfurnished, but Izzy is selling her wardrobe if the new tenant would be interested.

The flat

The flat is well kept, with a very responsive landlord. There is a shared lounge/ kitchen and bathroom with a shower. We have furnished the shared rooms ourselves and welcome any additional contributions that fit the space. There are storage spaces for individual food items, and typically we have shared crockery and kitchen utensils.

The rent is £625 per month, plus we pay an additional £130 for bills, which covers council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, insurance, streaming services, and shared household items.

The flat is just off of Whiteladies Road. It is a 5-minute walk from Clifton Down Station, a 25-minute walk to the town centre, and well connected via bus. We do not have access to the driveway for parking; if you have a car, you will need to purchase a permit from the council or park outside permit hours. There is space on the drive to lock up a bike.

About us

Lauren is a Landscape Architect at Arup and Abbie is a Sustainability Consultant. We are housemates-turned-friends - we often spend evenings and weekends chilling / cooking / pubbing / watching films together and would love for the same with the future housemate.
