Double room to rent

I have no idea why the images won’t post the right way up, sorry!

Large double room available from beginning of June in a two bed house. All bills included and the room comes furnished with a king size bed, drawers, clothes rail and mirror. The house has one shared bathroom, spacious lounge and a large kitchen/dining area. The garden is a work in progress but it will be somewhere nice to relax in the sun soon!

The area is between Hartcliffe and Hengrove with a leisure centre 5 minute walk away and a retail park 10 minutes away. Also only 20 mins to the airport with Dundry hills near by. There are very good bus links from this new build estate with buses to the centre and temple meads frequently. There is parking near the house and if I am not home you can use the allocated parking space.

I am a friendly, bubbly and easy going 27 year old professional who either works very early or late shifts, so someone with an understanding of shift work would be great. I like to socialise and spend a lot of my time out and about on walks and trying to find new coffee or wine spots. If you are friendly, social and keep tidy I’m sure we will get on well.
