Hello Bristol, my name is Ryan I'm 39. I'm looking for a new house mate to move in with me as my current housemate is moving in with his GF at the end of July, there is an optional office which will be 775 plus bills or rent will be 725 plus bills without office

It's located near temple meads station in BS2, st Phillips, street parking available.

It's a two bedroom house, with a small office/storage room depending on your needs, larder, big garden, sitting room, kitchen, space for bikes in hallway, two storage cupboards.

Looking for someone who is kind and respectful/ considerate in sharedspaces

I like to play board games, cook, watch films, cycle and have the occasional night out/ house gathering. I pretty chilled and up for a good laugh.

House perks are loads of storage and a garden shed, BBQs in the summer, close to temple meads train station and cycle path.
