King room quiet location.

Hello, I live on my own in a two bedroom bungalow. I have one cat who’s male who spends more time outside then in but he’s friendly and acts like a baby loves he’s cuddles. My home is situated next to the woodland and backs on to the Whitchurch rail way path. Perfect for the summer evening walks. I have a very large garden, a table and chairs is outside so you are able to use the garden and at some point it will all be properly landscaped, I’ve been undergoing some home improvements currently. There is a choice of two car parks to park in, if you don’t drive the bus stops are adjacent to the property and run regularly into city centre or airport. I am a quite person, with many hobbies and Interests, but im friendly, laid back with an open minded approach to life and I like to travel so there will be times you will have the house to yourself. I have a large living room, with open plan kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom is newly decorated with king size bed and furniture. I consider longer term let’s then a year. Perfect room for a single person or a couple. It’s the perfect location if you turn right out of the property it takes you into bath and north east Somerset but take a left and you are 20 mins from Bristol city centre.
