Hi all!
We have a small bedroom available in our shared house from 12th July
The room: Comes unfurnished and is big enough to fit a double bed with a desk in should you wish.
The house: Comes furnished. Situated in Headley Park, a 2 minute to the 76 bus route which runs regularly into Bristol in 20-30 minutes. You will be sharing with 2 housemates, Tom and Adam. There is a fully shared Living room, Bathroom and Kitchen on the ground floor with the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We have a back garden and driveway if you own a car. Our landlords live next door to us and are absolutely fantastic.
The bills: Rent is £460pcm non inclusive.
Council Tax is £60 a month.
Internet & TV (Combined) is £24 a month.
Water is paid every 6 months but it averages around £10 each a month.
Gas and Electric are both on Prepayment Meters which we top up when needed. We average about £30 each a month for electric and £10 for gas.
The area: Located south of Bedminster in a quiet cul-de-sac, we are 2 minute walk from a shop and the local pub. There are supermarkets in both Imperial Park and Bedminster, both of which are walkable.
The housemates:
Tom: I work in recruitment and mix my time between working from home and from the office. In my spare time I play guitar and try to play open mics when I can. I love cricket and rugby and will happily find a place to watch either, ideally with a pint in hand!
Adam: Works as a DJ 5 nights a week. In his spare time Adam likes to cook, do some gaming and create new mixes for his sets. Adam also loves sport and will always cheer on Huddersfield Town , even when they break his heart.
About you: Ideally you're a fun, sociable, fairly clean person who likes hang out in the living room after work. We also appreciate our own personal space so someone who is similar is ideal! You like a good trip out to the pub or into town as well!
Additional stuff: The contract will be 12 months with a 6 month break clause.
Our lovely landlord will want to do a finance check.
