Wonderful location - 5 mins walk to cabot circus and Stokes croft. The Bristol bus and coach station is a 10 min walk from the place and temple meads station is a 25 min walk.

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The place has a lovely balcony from where you can see a wonderful sunset on a nice evening and also the hot air balloons during the Bristol Balloon festival.

I am looking to move out by the end of June and need someone to replace me the current contract will be till the end of August after that you can get an extension of the contract.

You should be respectful and keep the place tidy and clean.
