Hey!
We are looking for a friendly professional to join our wonderful house from the 6th January 😊 You will be replacing our friend Ellie who is moving in with her boyfriend.
A bit about us:
We are Kate (30), Bex (30) and Chloe (30), three professionals working Mon-Fri hybrid jobs, who have lived in Bristol for several years. We are all pretty sociable, with large friendship groups in Bristol, who we often meet up with and sometimes bring round. In our spare time we're often playing sports, out seeing music, in the pubs, or on nights out with mates etc. That said we're all aware that sometimes we need our own space, so equally have plenty of downtime as well, whether that’s in the house or out of it (gym, sports etc). Fortunately, our house is big enough so that it never feels like we're all climbing over each other!
The house:
The house is set over three stories, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a kitchen and living room on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. We also have a small garden! We have one double bedroom available which comes with a double bed, built in cupboard and plenty of extra space for your own furniture.
The location:
The house is only 5 minutes walk from Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road, both of which have a variety of supermarkets, cafés, bakery’s, restaurants and pubs. The house is also within walking distance of St Michael’s Hill (15 mins), Gloucester Road (20 mins) and the city centre (30 mins), making it the perfect location for most people.
Bills and parking:
Rent is £625 / person / month, and this includes a cleaner who comes every other week to clean the communal areas ✌. On moving in you will also need to pay a deposit of £577. The agency will also require references etc.
Our current bills are approx. £135 / person / month – Council tax (£68), internet (£9) gas & electric (£40), water (£13) and TV license (£4).
There is permitted parking outside of our house, however unfortunately we have used all of the permits for this house.
