Hey!

We are looking for two friendly professional females to join our wonderful house from the 1st July (top floor bedroom) and the 27th July (bottom floor bedroom) 😊 You will be replacing our two friends who are moving out - one in with a partner, and the other to Australia!

A bit about us:

We are Kate (29) and Ellie (30), two professionals working Mon-Fri hybrid jobs, who have lived in Bristol for several years. We are both pretty sociable, with large friendship groups in Bristol, who we often meet up with and sometimes bring round. In our spare time we're often playing sports, out seeing music, in the pubs, or on nights out with mates etc. That said we're both aware that sometimes we need our own space, so equally have plenty of downtime as well, whether that’s in the house or out of it (gym, sports etc). Fortunately, our house is big enough so that it never feels like we're all climbing over each other!

The house:

The house is set over three stories, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, a kitchen and living room on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. We also have a small garden! We have two double bedrooms available, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Both are large and come with a double bed, built in cupboard and plenty of extra space for your own furniture.

The location:

The house is only 5 minutes walk from Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road, both of which have a variety of supermarkets, cafés, bakery’s, restaurants and pubs. The house is also within walking distance of St Michael’s Hill (15 mins), Gloucester Road (20 mins) and the city centre (30 mins), making it the perfect location for most people.

Bills and parking:

Rent is £625 / person / month, and this includes a cleaner who comes every other week to clean the communal areas ✌. On moving in you will also each need to pay a deposit of £577 and a ‘change of sharer fee’ of £120 to the property agency. They will also require references etc.

Our current bills are approx. £110 / person / month – Council tax (£60), internet (£15) gas & electric (£30) and TV license (£4). However, our two friends who are moving out have prev. been in charge of these accounts, so we might need to change over some of the contracts - which will hopefully mean we can get better deals!

There is permitted parking outside, and it’s usually pretty easy to find a space. The cost of your permit will depend on your cars emissions and how many cars are registered at the property (currently only 1).
