Hello, I’m a 27 year old female working professional looking for a female flat mate to fill my flatmate’s room in our cosy flat, located just off Whiteladies Road!

Tenancy start: 27th july 2024 (exact date to be confirmed).
*please be aware this is not privately managed, everything goes through the lettings agents and we have no contact with the landlord

The flat:
Top floor (2 flights of stairs)
Large kitchen/living room area
(Not all of the furniture pictured will be staying as previous flat mate will be taking some things with her)
Council Tax Band: B

The room:
This will come unfurnished but if this worries you we found it so easy to get stuff off gumtree/Facebook market place
Cosy with great light !
Bills come to around £180 ish pcm (including council tax, utilities and internet).

About you (from the lettings agents):
- have to be a salaried worker, on at least 25,000 gross
- able to provide references
- non smoker
(You will have to go through a process with them if you are selected)

About me:
I've been in Bristol for almost 2 years now (I'm originally from Glasgow), and I'm looking for someone who likes to get on with the people that they're living with, but also likes their own space etc. I work in flood management, and I like board games, music, walking, badminton and being in nature in my spare time.

I work from home 2-4 days so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t have to work from home 5 days a week, as I work from the living room.

Parking permit available.
