Garden facing double room Short let

Fully furnished double room to let in 5 bed house to cover end of tenancy from 7th July until August 12th. Will consider shorter lets, ideally 1 month minimum.
I am moving out early from a house of friends that know each other through caving and outdoor hobbies. A mix of mature students and young professionals, the house is sociable and friendly.
House has 2 bathrooms (both with showers), and a shared living space/kitchen area. Living space has a tv, 2 big fridges, washing machine, and the property came with some shared kitchen equipment and croquery.
Room has wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, and small bed side cabinet. Also has small storage closet with boiler in.

Garden/yard had small outbuilding for bikes or gear storage. Bikes can also be kept inside in the hall. Easy cycle into the centre as just off the Bristol-Bath cycle path.
Driveway has 2 car spaces (although one currently used) and can always find street parking nearby too.

Bills not included. Probably around £50 bills, £50 council tax (current students contribute towards this but can discuss if you are a student and don't want to pay).
Letting agent will probably want the months rent paid upfront as the deposit.
