We have 2x unfurnished double rooms available from the 1st September 2024 in a 4 bed house.
Our house is located in Hotwells opposite The Pump House with permit parking on the street. Amazing location - close to Clifton, Bedminster, Ashton Court and the Harbour.
Mills and I are looking for a couple of sociable, friendly and fun people (guys or gals) who are up for a laugh but also have their own shit going on.
We don’t wanna live in squalor so the usual clean, tidy and respectable would be nice.
We enjoy cooking together, going for drinks, weekend hikes, harbour walks and a good old boogie once in a while so looking for people to match that energy.
We both do a mix of WFH and in the office.
The 2 rooms are unfurnished, but current tenants willing to sell the beds.
Bills are roughly £100-120 p/m.
