Short term Scandi house with cute cat

We are renting out the property as we're going on a long holiday while we're on parental leave. We are therefore looking for someone who will rent the house for 2-3 weeks between the 26th of August and the 30th of September.

Our house is in St Werburgh's, a special gem 20 minute walk from quirky Gloucester Road, and 25 minutes from Cabot Circus in the centre. It has lots of green space and a city farm as well as award winning local restaurants and breweries and a few corner shops.

Our house pays tribute to our backgrounds - Nick is an architect and Berglind is Danish - and it is both functional and beautifully designed.

The house has three bedrooms. Two will be available while the third, a nursery, can be added on request. The house has lots of beautiful outdoor space which creates lovely views from inside the house and provides opportunities for BBQs, yoga etc. We have recently renovated the kitchen and dining area into an open plan living space connected to the living room. Huge windows create a light and airy space, with views to both the garden and courtyard. A separate hallway leads up to the upstairs bedrooms and renovated bathroom.

We ask that you will look after our cat. She is a lovely, friendly snow bengal. You will need to put food in her automatic feeder and scoop her litter tray. She occasionally likes to sleep in one of the beds, but you are also welcome to shut the door if you prefer. She is allowed out and has a cat flap.
