Hi, me and my housemates will all be moving out by the 8th of August but I'm wanting to leave a month early on the 8th of July, so need to sublet to someone, for them to then takeover my tenancy. Needs to be a young professional, no students.

The other rooms will be filled with other young professionals by the 8th of August, one being my friend who is a lovely actor!
Bills are roughly £45 quarterly for gas and water and £27 a month for electric and wifi. Council tax is £73 a month. (All per person).
