I will be keeping one of the bedrooms in the property (not pictured) however, I spend most of my time at my partners so this will feel a lot more as though you are sharing with one other rather than me. I am friendly, quiet and love to keep the place clean and presentable. I am a 22 year old medical student and work in medical admissions alongside being a landlord.

The first room available has double doors out to the patio area, it has a king sized bed and wall mounted TV as well as a standing desk. It is perfect for a professional or student looking for something comfortable. It is on the first floor and has its own bathroom on the ground floor.

The second room available has a double bed, is bright and comfortable and has plenty of storage. It can also have a wall mounted TV at request. It has its own bathroom with a bath on the same floor. When I very occasionally stay at the house, you would be sharing this bathroom with me.

Please note, I am not certain that I will rent out both rooms, if you are keen to have a place largely to yourself this year, this could be ideal so let me know.

Bills generally come to about £170 - these will be split three ways (so roughly 56 extra per month). This does not include council tax, only those liable for council tax will pay the council tax. I am not liable for council tax.

Couples can enquire, lodgers must have a 9-5 job so that waking hours do not clash.

15 minute walk to the BRI, 30-35 minute walk to most University of Bristol buildings, 5 minute walk to temple meads and surrounding offices.
