Description

The House offers plenty of space, with five bedrooms (so two spare bedrooms) and a large shared living area. The largest bedroom (on the top floor) is the one that you’d have. The house is located centrally in the Lawrence Hill area, with good access to buses, shops, and a nearby park.

There’s a dishwasher in the shared kitchen, a large fridge/freezer (plus a backup fridge), washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a small-ish garden area which opens onto a park. One shared bathroom/shower on the top floor, and a second smaller wc on the ground floor.

We (the two current housemates) are both working professionals; Kirk’s in hospitality and Tom is a Robotics Engineer. Both friendly LGBTQIA+ neurospicy musicians. We try to have communal meals a few times a week which you’d be warmly invited to (but no obligation either).

The House is in Band B for Council Tax.
