Furnished Double Room in Harbourside

Hi, I’m Felicity! I am looking for a housemate to move into a fully furnished, relatively new 2 bed flat in the Harbourside as my current flat mate is leaving Bristol for a new job.

The price includes broadband but we can split the remaining bills. The flat is new and very energy efficient so bills haven't been too bad this past year.
The room is a double with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and some shelving. The room also has a spacious en-suite bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge is furnished. There is also a balcony with chairs which is great in the summer! The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine/dryer.
The flat is 15 minutes walk from the city centre and is right on the harbour with a very convenient Tesco Express around the corner. Two minutes from there, there are loads of bars, restaurants and a gym.
In terms of green spaces, Brandon Hill Park is 10 mins walk and 30 mins from Clifton Downs.
I am a 27 year old female professional and have a hybrid working schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 at home. I am sociable and am looking for someone I can get on well with, who is happy to hang out in the evenings and go for a walk/drink. It is also very important that the flat remains clean and tidy and that we are respectful of the neighbours.
