I'm a 24 yo professional looking for someone to renew a 12-month tenancy with me ASAP in a modern flat with a balcony terrace opposite the main green in St Pauls.

Double bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and living area, recently entirely renovated, all furnished apart from the bedroom in question.

The larger of the two bedrooms is the one on offer, bills and rent split 50/50.

Current flat mate is moving to London and I'm looking for someone who is prepared to sign the new tenancy with me as soon as possible to secure it for another year. It really is a great place to live!

The living area has large floor to ceiling french doors that open up to the balcony overlooking the the green space opposite.

Includes Washer/Dryer, all appliances and white goods, furnished except the bedroom on offer.

Parking bays can be found directly outside, and a private Bike store for you to safely keep your bicycle.

Excellent location with a 10-minute walk to the City Centre or Stokes Croft. Easy access links to M4/M5 by car.

I like to keep the place tidy and relaxed. I work quite long hours Mon-Fri as a recruitment manager, and I enjoy heading out for food, drink, music events etc at the weekend with pals.
