Not included: wifi, laundry, oven; mobile service is good in the flat, there is a toaster oven, and a Laundromat five min walk away. West facing so lots of sunlight in last half of day. Quiet neighbours. Tv with google chrome cast, storage space in desk and wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a table with two chairs, I’ll leave the yoga mat and the plants just need some watering now and then! It’s a small space but it’s wonderful and easy to make the most of the storage.
