I’m looking for someone to sublet my room over summer whilst i’m away. It’s a 5 person house with a big garden. The room is on the second floor and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, lots of wardrobe space and large windows.
The house is in a great location, right around the corner from the uni and a 5 minute walk to St Michaels hospital and BRI. Only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, Gloucester Road and Clifton village. The 72 bus also passes right by the house too for easy access to the top of Gloucester road and the centre.
Bills are not included and will be split with you and whoever is in the house.
