The house is in a very convenient location, one block away from St Andrews park and 2 min away from Gloucester Rd. The room is quite big and has good light. It is unfurnished but some of my current housemates furniture is for sale.
The price is £650 excluding bills and bills come to around £170 per month. A deposit of £550 will be required.
